12 mins treadmill

OHS barx10

Squat
135x10
185x6
225x4
250x3
275x2
300x5,5,5,5,5
225x10

Used a belt for the first time on the sets of 300's. I'v ben avoiding them up till this point, but an old back injury was hinting that it was still around and this might be a good point to use the belt.

Front Squat
185x4
190x4
195x1 might be that last burnout set of back squats but im not feeling this lift today. I could have ground out the reps but mentally I just wasnt into them.
I decided to try to learn the clean grip on them so I did another two sets of ten with a clean grip and the bar for weight. My conclusion....clean grip sux only marginally more than front squats in general.

Power Clean
135x3
140x3
145x3
150x3
155x3
160x3

Unilateral work off the bench 3x12 each leg. I will add weight next time.

Dunno if you know anything about WH Fantasy, but you should read the Blades of Chaos series by Gav Thorpe.

It's about a Sigmar Knight who goes Witchhunting and finds the things they are doing to be wrong, i.e. killing civilians, and becomes friends with his apprentice, who turns out to be a spy for Chaos, and becomes a Chaos Champion. GREAT series. Inspired me at a young age to become more of a savage.
