I dont know what the problem is...just one month ago I met my goal of 315 for 5x5. I them decided to drop my reps and try some higher weights and ever since I cant DL to save my ass.

I normally pull sumo style because I'v had some back problems in the past and sumo seems more comfortable to me.
after I hit 290 for two sets I dropped to weight to 225 and decided to give conventional a try.
It felt much better than I remembered so I did the following conventional.

225x5
240x5
275x5

I'm going to switch to conventional drop my weight a bit and see if things improve.

Pull-ups 6,5,5,5
Chins 5,5,5

BoR
145x10
150x10,10,10

RDL
210x10,10,10

Shrug
280x10,10,10

Face pull 3x12

Did the following BB complex 4 sets 6 reps each exercise 60 seconds between sets 70lbs

Deadlift
RDL
BoR
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
GM

Decline sit-ups +25lbs 25,25,20

finished with a little grip work

OK you got me didn't think somebody would be able to make the connection.

I had a Bloodangel army and was building a Khorn berserker army when the group I played with sorta fell apart.

OHS barx12 these are starting to feel comfortable. I need to find some time to add them to my workout(you know with weight and all)

Squat

295x5,5,5,5,5 first two sets always seem to be the hardest for some reason

Front Squat
185x4
190x4
195x4
150x10

Thinking of dropping the weight and learning the clean grip

Unilateral work, off my bench. Used the squat rack to grab on to for balance. The bench is a little higher than the step I usually use so did them without weight.

3x12 each leg

Hypers +10lbs 3x15 should use a 25 lb plate next time.

I missed my Push day this week so I wanted to do something quick and easy.

DB incline BP 3x12 60lb DB's 60's are the heaviest I have.

Cable curls 2x12
