I do the PPS mwf work out from the FAQ but felt I could add another press exercise on saturday.

Close Grip Bench

I'v ben wanting to add some conditioning HiiT exercises like burpees,complexes and Tabatas. Today I did the following complex.

Complex 6reps each exercise all exercises done in one continues set for 3 sets 90 seconds between sets with 65lbs (wanted to keep it light for my first try)

Deadlift
RDL
BoR
PC
FS
PP
Squat
GM

Not bad for first try. I'll do 4 sets next time.
