Every.
Drop.
Counts.
Anyway, I'm thinking of adding in shrugs myself to improve my cleans as well. I'll be following your log to see how it works out for you. Good luck.

BP 235x 5,5,5,4,3
OHP 120x 7,6,5,4,4
95x 8 just wanted some rep's
I realized that I was making a form mistake, I'm looking up at the bar causing me to push the weight up and forward instead of up and back. Thanks to a helpful post on this board, Kieth Wassung I believe. To late in the workout to translate to better sets but I'll pay more attention next time. Reps felt way better once I fixed the problem.
Dip's BW+ 5lb's x 10,9,9,8
Cuban press 10lb 3x15
Bentover lat raise 10 3x10
abs, hurt my right hip flexor last week so just some crunches
grip work
Did the TuF over head plate exercise to finish up. I was a little surprised how good this felt at the end of my press work out.

10 mins treadmill
warm up sets BW,bar,135,185,210
Squat 240x 5,5,5,6,6
Front Squat 150x8,8,8,8
GM's bar,130,140,145,150x10
Power Clean+Push Press on all reps 150x 3,3,3,3
My form on front squats improving and most reps are ATG
I'm a little unsure on reps for GM's think I'll drop to 8's when I increase the weight further.
I'm loving the PC+PP form still not great on PC's

high rep front squats are a bitch, eh? well, as long as you don't re-rack it during your set.

Well the plan was get the form down, increase the weight and cut the reps down a bit.
I leave a little left in the tank on most of my lifts and all of the stuff I'm learning for the first time: F.squat, barbell rows,Romanian DL's,power cleans and good mornings.
No racking between reps

warm-up 10 mins treadmill
bar,135,185,210
Bench-press 235x 5,5,5,3,3
second week in a row I've missed my 5x5 goal ,guess it's time to try something different. gona give floor-press a try today but i'm not sure about weight or rep's.
OHP 120x 7,6,4,4,4 95x10
might need some change up on these as well.
Floor-press 185x 6,6,6,6
Dips BWx10
Cuban press 10 3x15
Bent-over lat raise 10 3x15
Question for anybody bothering to read this: my bench has stalled at 235 do I drop the weight and keep reps the same and work back up? drop the weight and increase the reps for a few weeks?Give floor-press a few weeks to see if It transfers to BP gain?

Mark Rippetoe recommends a "reset" when someone starts to stall. Drop the weight down 10% and do the same # of working sets (after warming up). Add 5 pounds the next week. Add 5 pounds the next week, etc. I’ve done it before and it helped me stop stalling on a 5x5. If this does not get you past your sticking point, after working your way back up, then you may want to change the rep. scheme. Best of luck.
