I recently started playing around with sprints on the first hill but I really hate running.

pretty crappy workout but I'll file it under "at least I showed up"

Bench Press

I kept hitting the hooks on my bench so I switched to Incline DB press.
I just picked up some heavier dumbells a set of 85's at a sporting goods store for 70% off Paid 62$

This is the first time doing Incline DB press with antthing more than 60 lbs in about 10 years and I dont do the 60's often.

DB Incline Press

not bad I should pick up some volume with a few workouts.

I got distracted with a phone call from a friend and I needed to take the call so had a long break in between.
Mentally I was finished so the workout went into the crapper from hear.

Was running out of time so I finnished up with DB Squat +OHP at the top of each rep.

The Ultimate fighter 8 second episode started so I finished with some medicine ball in front of the TV, mostly crunches and tossing the ball up in the air while laying on my back.
