Today it took me 48 mins to the top wich I'm guessing on the distance. When I use the treadmill for warm up or in place of the hike during the winter months when I'm unable to hike I usually use a pace of 4 MPH at an incline of around 6 to 8 percent. Many of the inclines on the hike are much steeper so I'm guessing I would avg. 3mph or better without my weight vest and maby a little under 3 with a 50lb vest on.
I recently started playing around with sprints on the first hill but I really hate running.

I kept hitting the hooks on my bench so I switched to Incline DB press.
I just picked up some heavier dumbells a set of 85's at a sporting goods store for 70% off  Paid 62$
This is the first time doing Incline DB press with antthing more than 60 lbs in about 10 years and I dont do the 60's often.
