Good work BA. I read further up how you dropped weight on squats to hone your form. Kinda nice being older, we can check that ego at the door without loss of face. Then young whippersnappers are all !!! when we cruise right by 'em.....Well done Angel!

Actually I didnt really check my ego at the door, I checked my desire,drive,ambition and energy at the door
I'm in a bit of a slump and im trying to keep it light,quick and painless for awhile until I can turn it around. I think one of my problems is I stopped doing alot of the conditioning work I was doing when I started lifting heavier so now my energy level really sux when I lift.
