I know my crappy deads are weak but I'm cugging along....I even switched for ghey ass sumo to a more manly conventional style recently

315 is not a PR for me but its ben almost 20 years since I put that much up for reps. I'm not 100% sure on depth I feel like i'm hitting parallel but better lifters than me have misjudged so I'm gona sit on 315 for a few weeks and work on depth and form.
