Blood for the Blood-God!!

Hi I wandered in hear a few months ago from the MMA boards and you convinced me to cast aside my evil curlmonkey ways. Instead of adding a hacksquat and latpull machine I bought a
power rack for my garage gym.

I'm age: 42 5'10" 212 lb's

I'm using a routine similar to the pps from the FAQ + some running on Tuesday and hiking some hills with a weight-vest on Thursday and Saturday's.

Thought I'd edit in some goals for 2008
Bench currently 235 5x5 like to do 275 for reps
Deadlift currently 310 5x5 like to do 405 in 08
Squat currently 260 5x5 like to do 315 5x5 in 08 Made my goal on 14 Mar 08 new goal for 08 405
I would also like to improve my power clean and push press.
I'd also like to incorporate box squats into my routine.

Updated lifts 3/27/08 SQ/BP/DL/PC 330/275/350/175

5 nov

deadlift 305x 5,5,4 275x 6,6 225x11
pull-ups x 7,6,6,6,5 bw
BoR 135x 10,10,8,10,10
RDL 160x10,10,10,10
DE Shrug 235x10,10,10,10
Face-pulls

I jumped the gun today and added to much weight on deads+ really having a low energy day today.
Kinda sux for my first log
On the bright side I got my CoC trainer today .

I'm using higher reps in some of my assistance work because some of these movements are new to me and I'm working on form.

The plan was for 305 5x5 but I moved my weight up a little to fast trying to hit 315 5x5
by Thanksgiving week because a buddy of mine is coming for a vist and I wanted to do
three wheels. My form sucked on my reps so I dropped the weight and tried to salvage the workout.

Ya Fin it's a Warhammer thing. I became a forum junkie on the gamer boards and I just held on to the name. Kinda childish I know but it's easy to remember.
