managed to vid the 285 set the first 315 set and the last 230 set. I'm not quiet hitting parallel and my ass is coming up first before my head  . Watching the vid right after kinda took the wind out of my sails and everything felt like shit the rest of the workout. I did manage to correct my form on the 230 set but I might have to drop my weight some and concentrate on form.

Took a planned break while I went on vacation and visited my folks in Tennessee. Was suposed to be a week and a half but kinda turned into a three week lay off
