20 minutes cross trainer average Hr 131

10 minutes lower boy mobility drills

20 minutes cross trainer average hr 135

20 minutes stair climb, playing about with speeds and levels to get an idea what to sue for HICT sessions. Hr 140-150

Monday 17th August

BJJ

went in and did 4x5 minute rounds of clinch work and then rolled no gi for about 30 minutes.

Class started with 30 minutes of guard passing, rolled for 30 minutes at the end in the GI

Thursday

Open Mat - rolled no gi for about 90 minute, 2x5min rounds in and one out to rest. Worked for about 30 minutes on stand up gi work with a white belt, did a few rounds of grip fighting
