Instructor gave me two more stripes on my purple belt to take me up to a 3 stripe, really worrying as it's not even a year since I got more purple ;)
taught class tonight as he is fighting on Sunday, at his request I started with some fitness work, did 15 minutes AMRAP 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 burpess.
worked on some attackes from mount, cross collar choke (wonder where I got the idea for that from

), single wing choke and bow and arrow choke.
Open mat for the last 20 minutes or so.
