Was supposed to do this stuff yesterday but for some reason I really did not feel like lifting so, yeah..

Really low Box Squats

Even though rest periods were kind of long, got through all these alright and the last set was not too difficult.

This was a pretty sweet workout today. Getting close to full squatting 2 plates for reps so that's cool too! ahah. Oh, and so far today I haven't puked.

When you do a pull-up, do you go all the way down and lock out your elbows? Just curious.

Yeah I do, before I used to be a bit more sloppy with them but now I'm trying to be as strict as I can.

Stationary bike and bodyweight squats for a few minutes to stretch out and warm up hip flexors.
