Thursday:
Squats
up to
335X1 awful form, knees caved in on the way up
355X0
messed around with some zerchers and box squats
So obviously disappointing. I will switch some stuff around, and start doing some strict box squats, focusing on keeping a strong arch in the back and keeping knees out. I also think one of my problems is that my squats were becoming too wide, so I will narrow them down. I am also going to purchase some oly shoes soon which should be kind of exciting, lol. They will also help my overhead squats I'm sure.

These feel a little off when I shrug it up towards the top. Any tips?

240X3
260X3 no straps this time
205X3
I wasn't sure about where my back angle was so I snapped a photograph of myself relative to where I believe my head angle was at during the lockout of the reps with 260, and um, as far as I can tell or predict I'm assuming my torso was a little bit under 45 degrees relative to the ground, so.. good..lol
One Arm Barbell Snatch

Pretty cool - I think with some more practice I should have 125.

Finally put together a sandbag, very cool stuff! Here is what I roughly did:
Sandbag shouldering
100X10
130X8
150X6
150X2 I believe
Sanbag shoulder and walk
150 for 4-6 sets
This was about 40-50 paces for set so not much but my obliques are toast.
Doing 20 reps straight would be pretty awesome I think so I'll shoot for that, and then maybe a 50/20 scheme with the same weight.

Sunday:
Overhead Squats
up to
180X5
190X5
135X10
Awesome, new 3 rep PR on these. Form was very solid and deep, the new oly shoes help a ton!
Box Squats
135X3
145X3
185X3
Form felt solid and did a good job on keeping my knees out and not folding down onto the box/rocking back.
Back Squats
225X3
225X3
225X3
Just testing these out. Reps were very snappy. I also brought my stance in quite a bit. I will stick with this as it feels most natural/comfortable rather than widening my squat stance out.
Ab wheel rollouts
-did some stuff from the knees then attempted a standing rollout. Got through about 3/5-4/5 of the full ROM so they are definitely progressing, although I still think I have a ways to go before I can do them full ROM style like Ross.
