80 degree seated dumbell presses

Seated narrow grip presses
4X6-8 (95)

Tate press
30 lbs

Hammer curls

Decline situps

Calf work

My weight is at 165 right now. I'm also taking some suggestions from Keith wassung's article on OHP for assistance work. I would have done push presses but my back still hurts. Pressing exercises are the only things I can do right now.

Last night's workout:

Box squats
135
185
225
255X2
255X2
255X2
185X2
205X2

Narrow stance GMs
4X12 (175)

My squat form was still not very good, so I put it down to 185 and kept telling myself in my head 'knees out lead with head, knees out lead with head..' and my form turned out beautiful. I then tried it with 205 and same thing!

My glutes also started burning bad from the good mornings to where it felt uncomfortable to sit down for a minute..
