Fucked up again and came and only had 45 minutes to workout, so a few sets were cut out and I had like, 5-6 minutes to get through the good mornings. Was also planning on doing abwork

Also, for squats, bar and foot positioning felt off, my knees started sinking in, and I set the pins too high so a couple times the bar hit the pins and it made me lose a bit of concentration or something.

EDIT: Re-read some advice given by Carnal concerning squats. I completely ignored all the little details while actually squattting like: leading with your head, pushing hips through, pushing knees out, and even though I was focused on sitting back, I think I could have done a better job of.

The first set was w/205 was with a bit of body english, but way better than last week and I will accept these as passable. The second set was crap, but the set with 180 was surprisingly super smooth. Hopefully in a few weeks I can work up to rowing 2 plates, that would be pretty sweet.

About 2 months ago, I tried the weighted situps with the 45 lb bar behind my neck, and could not get even one rep. Not sure why though, but now I tried it again and it wasnt that difficult surprisingly. Felt awesome.

Yesterday also did a bunch of grip work (had trouble holding onto bar during rows and RDL today . Anyways..
2.5" dumbell timed holds - 90 lbs, but I did these about 4 days ago, just did not mention it in my log)
Plate wrist curls (did some reps with 25 lb plate, then 25 + 5 lbs attached at end)
wrist roller (OH and UH, did it 8X OH)
narrow pinches (A bunch of passes from hand to hand)
Plate rim lifts (did holds with thumb and seperate fingers)

This was a fun grip workout. I hadn't done levering in a long time, but did some again tonight and I will stick with it..

Workout took forever due to the pinch grip stuff. Tried to pinch a pair of 35's a bunch of times - didn't really get anywhere . Amazing how much of a difference 2.5 lbs makes when trying to add it to your pinch. The closest I got was pinching 35's with my other finger pressing on my thumb, and holding the weight for about 2 sec. in the air with my one hand alone. Oh well..

Bodyweight - Checked last week and I was at about 164 lbs

I went back and forth between the exercises, but did take a short break when I was about to do another set of overhead presses. Surprisingly I got through these, even though the last couple sets were a struggle. I think (or hope) that I'm getting pretty close to a bw press.
