The first set was w/205 was with a bit of body english, but way better than last week and I will accept these as passable. The second set was crap, but the set with 180 was surprisingly super smooth. Hopefully in a few weeks I can work up to rowing 2 plates, that would be pretty sweet.

Weighted ab situps

About 2 months ago, I tried the weighted situps with the 45 lb bar behind my neck, and could not get even one rep. Not sure why though, but now I tried it again and it wasnt that difficult surprisingly. Felt awesome.

Yesterday also did a bunch of grip work (had trouble holding onto bar during rows and RDL today

. Anyways..
2.5" dumbell timed holds - 90 lbs, but I did these about 4 days ago, just did not mention it in my log)
Plate wrist curls (did some reps with 25 lb plate, then 25 + 5 lbs attached at end)
wrist roller (OH and UH, did it 8X OH)
narrow pinches (A bunch of passes from hand to hand)
Plate rim lifts (did holds with thumb and seperate fingers)
