The gym closed a couple hours earlier for NYE so I had to work out at home.

One arm BB Snatches - just messed around with singles @ 95 lbs.

Deadlifts

These felt like a total drag. On the last set while resting I told myself to just try and get 3 solid reps; went into the set and got it for 4 super solid reps.

Clean grip positioning is holding me back. I just can't get it down. Halfway around the set with 225 my elbows just dropped down and I had a really hard time trying to maintain my posture.
