I was still sore from the squat workout, but did not think I would do this poorly today for deadlifts. The 295 set felt hard and I was dissapointed. I'm not sure wtf is going on with my deadlifts. While making good progress with squats, my deadlift is not really going anywhere.

These would be considered my "strict" rows in the sense that I did not use leg drive, but I need to tighten up on keeping my torso a little bit closer to the ground. Although overall I was happy with these.

One arm BB snatch
-got 95, felt a bit smoother than last attempt with it, tried 105 a few times but couldn't get it all the way up

These are getting better. Hopefully I can continue to improve to work up to 225X5 within a month or two.

Front squats are badass. I went for a fifth rep with 205 but missed it. I know I would have gotten it though if it hadn't slipped out of posiiton. My elbows started slipping forward and I couldn't maintain a good posture. I'm going to try for 225X5 next week.
