I was still sore from the squat workout, but did not think I would do this poorly today for deadlifts. The 295 set felt hard and I was dissapointed. I'm not sure wtf is going on with my deadlifts. While making good progress with squats, my deadlift is not really going anywhere.

These would be considered my "strict" rows in the sense that I did not use leg drive, but I need to tighten up on keeping my torso a little bit closer to the ground. Although overall I was happy with these.
