Felt ecstatic about the strict press PR. One thing I did today is fill my torso with as much air as I could before I unracked the bar. I think that gave me a solid foundation to press from.

Thanks man. Only took 7 months to add 5 lbs. to my ohp ;) . LOL - but hopefully I'll start making steadier progress on this; we'll see.
