The Bionic Wrestler.

So lets get things started here, ill be posting the important thangs on here so heres some to start with.

height- 5'9
weight- 175
First Year Wrestling (17 years of age)

I use to do alot of bodybuilding. I dedicated my whole junior year of high school to tranforming my body. And I succeeded in doing that. Atleast on the outside. In the inside I have tore so many ligaments, both knees are fucked, everytime I sprawl my bones just shift in different places but yet im still standing? It makes a pretty loud noise but that aint gonna stop me. I really dont know why im doing wrestling, Im not sure if im doing it for me? others around me? impress a girl? The truth is I started as a nobody, and my days are getting better furthur I get in this game.

Use to play basketball, but shit went wrong with that, knee problems kept me outa action, did bodybuilding, enjoyed that, messed up every ligament in my body from top to bottom though. I bulked up to 205 pounds this past summer, already lost over 25 pounds from wrestling.

Heres my current diet


Meal 1
1-2 egg
1 serv green tea
1 multi

Meal 2
1 serv milk or 1 egg
1/2 serv oats
15g fats (good fats)

Meal 3 (hour before workout)
1 serv milk
1 fruit
1 serv oats
1 serv green tea

Meal 4 (right after workout)
1 serv green tea
1/2 serv oats
1/2 fruit

Meal 5
fish or eggs or lean beef
1 serv veg

Meal 6
1 serv green tea

Here was my bodybuilding diet that worked for me.

Meal 1
2 eggs
1 slice of cheese
60g carbs from rice

Meal 2
2 serv milk
1 serv oats
2 serv peanut butter

Meal 3
Steak
Potatoes
Fruit

Meal 4
Steak
Rice

Meal 5
2 Serv Milk
2 serv Pb

Meal 6
2 serv cottage cheese

Here is my home cardio workout.


Warm up 5 min

burpees
sprawls (up-downs)
sparring
explosive pushups (clap pushups with feet up in the air same time as clap)
sparring
ab work

The number of reps I do vary on how I feel that day.

I like to go by the name of "The Bionic Wrestler", because in the future, my body is going to have to be Bionic due to my messed up body.

I do know where you are coming from though as far as going from "bodybuilder" to lifting for strength, it takes some getting used to but sooner or later you will love it.
