Notes:
DL didn't hurt... Pull ups harder than they should be. Also, decided DL BBB is unneccasary with a 5x5.

Notes:
First day lifting at school (also first day lifting in chucks, and will be in chucks from now on)...everything was difficult and unfamiliar. I lose alot on bench with these benches. No more hypers...Haven't been sleeping well, but good day considering everything, its just nice to be lifting.
