Complex BOR, Hang Clean, Push press, Squat jump, Goodmorning
@50kg 6sets with 1min rest. Maybe this was borderline too easy, gonna try a little heavier next time.

BJJ, lots of sparring, went pretty good. My passing halfguard skill has improved. Worked on side control

BJJ, training turtle, top and bottom. On top:
1:get your knee in and with both hands grab his opposite arm/elbow, pull towards you and turn him by putting weight on him to get side.
2:get the knee in, grab same side arm with half fig 4. and grab the sleave on the other arm, switch knee and stretch his opposite arm so he can't defend when you roll over your shoulder.
Bottom:
1:Rolling away from him, Main thing too have your ass towards him so he can't pass to side.
2:Rolling towards him, or simply turning into guard. Put one fot in the ground to create space(if he is on your left side it will be your left foot), left hand on his left knee and twist your hip so that your right knee goes outside his left knee and you end up in guard.

BJJ, drilling the same thing we did last time.Added two more techs from bottom.
1: When the guy on top gets the knee in you work your closest arm so it gets on the outside of his leg and pull your body out and you end out on top.
2: Same situation, work on his knee and get it between your legs, then you roll on the shoulder that is under him. You can either go for the kneebar or work for the sweep.

BJJ, more turtle training.

Lots of sparring today, it went ok, not good but not to fucked up either.
