I like to do shadowboxing as my LSD conditioning instead of sitting on a stationary bike, it is more fun and hopefully makes me better at fighting

ok here is the thing, I had a talk with the GF about all the training I am currently doing, and it is clear it is putting a strain on the relationship, it is ok now but I don't want it to be at risk. So I felt that something has to be taken away from the equation, and that is the MMA part, I love BJJ to much to ever quit that and to be honest I have not been having that much fun in MMA training.

So I'm gonna start a new log focused only on my bjj training and strength and conditioning, as this log was from the begining.

hehe, sure, but darn they are hard to find, especially anyone that would put up with me training pretty much every day in a week
