ok here is the thing, I had a talk with the GF about all the training I am currently doing, and it is clear it is putting a strain on the relationship, it is ok now but I don't want it to be at risk. So I felt that something has to be taken away from the equation, and that is the MMA part, I love BJJ to much to ever quit that and to be honest I have not been having that much fun in MMA training.
So I'm gonna start a new log focused only on my bjj training and strength and conditioning, as this log was from the begining.
