Yeah, I know I missed it, but I have some issues with my right hip, it does not want me running right now, I hope it get's better so I can do it. It sounds like a fun challenge.
On a sidenote I just checked my HR sitting down infront of the comp. It was between 75 and 85, not good at all.
Checked it again after BJJ training and it was 64, guess it had something to do with working out.
