Did not feel all to great today in training only did one round.

5min of clean+front squat+push press

- how to sprawl

Notes:
- Had trouble finding the proper distance to throw comfortably, the first rounds was terrible but in the later I got in the groove.

This has probably been asked, but what is ping-pong sparring? Is it like taking turns throwing?

- Anaconda choke (I have had some problem getting this to work, but now it seems I have got the details down. New weapon in the arsenal.)

Notes:
- Starting to feel more comfortable in mount.
- Still need to work harder at sweeps from guard.

Conditioning

HICT (thanks EZA)
2x20min on exercise bike, maximum resistance
Rpm: 40-50
HR: 155-165
Distance: 12 (don't know what it is measured in)
10min rest between sets.

I liked this, gonna do it once a week and see what happens.
