Conditioning

2x5min of
30 sec burpees
30 sec shadowboxing (full force)

Rest between rounds based on HR, let it get down to 120 before going again, this took about 1:30min. Max HR was 176. I really like the HR monitor, seeing the HR when working out is motivating me, makes me go harder, push a little further.

Great HR recovery!

For a while, I thought I was working out hard until I got my HR monitor (Polar SX625). Try wearing it during your sparring and rolling sessions as well.

I am thinking about doing that, but I don't know how resistant it is to getting hit and having someone putting pressure on it, don't wanna break it. It is defenitely helping me in training harder.

Did not time it unfortunately, but between 1-2min. Think it took a little longer then before.
