Bjj, halfguard work, feeling better on the bottom now. Getting more sweeps and less people passing.

Complex BOR-Hang clean-Front squat + push press-Jump squat-Goodmorning
6 reps of each, aimed for six total sets, died on the 4th.
Weight: 60kg, too heavy as it turns out

BJJ, working on half guard, started using more z-guard and tried out quarter guard. Felt new, but I can see the use for these.
