Conditioning

Inspired by the thread about how to solve your conditioning I wanna get my Resting heart rate down to the low 50's. Gonna start doing more LSD conditioning. And gonna get myself a HR monitor.

Today
LSD on an Orbitrack machine

It is something similar to that. It is from a manufacturerer called Johnsson I think. Works well for warming up the body.

I use a variety of equipment to warm-up and do low-impact cardio - but the most grueling machine by far, IMHO, is the Versaclimber:

VersaClimber 1.800.237.2271 versaclimber.com,

Also, as you are a fighter contemplating adding more LSD cardio, you might enjoy this article:

Thanks, that stuff actually looks like it could be pretty nasty. I wish my gym had one, and that they also had a rowing machine. Buuuuut noooo.

I have read some similar articles too, it is good and true stuff. I am gonna do my LSD on my rest days as part of recovery work, gonna do two days of my normal conditioning routines (Stuff like WC 101 and sprints and what not).
