Bader's Strength endurance and MMA log

Hi my name is Bader, I'm 18 years old as of today 21st october, 2009.... from Morocco...And I will be starting my log here today...so here's just a few extra info you might wanna know about!

Height: 5'10 (178cm)
Weight: 169 lbs (76 kg)
Association: Sitan Gym Casa
Style: Dutch Kickboxing, Brazilian Jui-jitsu

Additional routines besides, ofcourse, weights, are swimming, kickboxing/muay thai, grappeling, MMA. HIIT cadio (e.g. stairs running, running backwards, and lots rope skipping)

I train my body in a lot of different ways but what's mentioned above are the main programs I have sicne a long time especially the swimming. I use to lift really heavy 5x5 for strength and size but I was packing on a lot of weight quickly and had terrible cardio after changing my training to endurance I decided that it was a lot better for my body, I was able to keep some of my strength (punching power, takedowns) and had a lot more gas in the tank was able keep that pace up for an extended period of time.

It's not that I don't agree with 5x5 strength it just seems that my body does not agree with it instead. It works on different people with different genetics but I don't have it I guess, still all good keep training hard!

Welcome to the logs

Is there much chance to compete there as an amateur or do you have to travel
