What suit are you wearing? I know you had fit-up problems before. Also, you need to go beat that pussy Chase up and make him do Fatty's comp.
I have a ****l suit, size 42 I think. I was skeptical about the ordering instructions bc my legs are disproportionately larger than my glutes, but after 2-3 break-in workouts it seems to fit perfect; I can't BELIEVE the spring I get off the floor with it! And you know me, I can lockout pretty much anything less than a grand once it's above my knees.
I have a feeling Chase will compete...

Really worked on technique and fine-tuning here. There really isn't much to change - it's tiny things that need adjusting, otherwise my form is spot on. I'm very excited about this, and it's taken a while to get here.
405*5 - form work. These were taken off the rack, and were only lowered as far as possible while still keeping rigid, Mike Tuscherer-type form.
Paused Deadlifts @ 1 inch off the floor

The idea here was to work on my lower back strength/flexibility. I'm going to make a genuine and concerted effort at getting my low back where it needs to be, and have it be more natural. I can get it into almost the right position at the bottom, but it's a ton of work to maintain. I also lose it as soon as there's any real weight on the bar.
I'm going to fix it, and make it natural to have a flat low back at the start position - leverages be damned.
I'm going to work on hamstring flexibility and lower back strength/ROM stuff.
If anyone has any other ideas about how to help this I'm open to hearing them. The issue ISN'T scapular retraction, like I thought it was - I'm fine there.
Here are my form check vids - the first is with 225, the second with 315. These are the paused reps. BOTH of them have slight low back rounding from the floor to the 1" off the floor position, and are pretty flat after that point. It's the start that I need to fix and make more natural.
