285*0 - This was retarded. I made the novice mistake of mis-cuing my music and it changed songs right before liftoff... I stalled well past my normal sticking point but lost concentration and my triceps didn't lock it out. There's no doubt it'll go next time, and FAST.

120*5/0 - left arm was shot. I could've PP the first one and then repped out but it didn't seem worth it.

405*6 - 2 second pauses at the bottom. I had to wait for the "Up!" from Mark before rising. Dizziness and deafness ensued.
My form on these has come a long way. I'm able to stay on my heels, and can (finally) keep my chest/torso up and solid and not let my hips rise too fast. Even on my slower reps (545) I didn't even come close to losing form forward. Part has to do with wearing Chuck's again instead of oly shoes.

I can't believe how shaky I was on these, AND how quickly I fatigued. I'm a fairly big guy, and decently strong, and I shouldn't be shaking with half the stack on the good girl/bad girl machine unless there was a serious muscle imbalance. I think this was a good find, and helps highlight the fact that I haven't gone wide stance on ANYthing in a long time. I'm going to keep up with these.

Tire was MUCH better tonight, it felt like it did a few months ago. I attribute the bad tire wo last week to a new energy pill, low sleep, and tweaked upper back.
