Had a good night tonight at the gym, first workout in 5 days.
Bottom-position bench presses. These are done in the rack from a dead stop, and are quite hard to do. Essentially worse than a paused bench because you go from no muscles firing to pushing max weight. Additionally it's somewhat of a guessing game with the set-up, to an extent, because you're unable to "lower it into position," so finding the right groove is significantly harder.

I seem to be getting better at all-things-oly.

I was extremely pleased to hit a 10% PR on hang cleans. Actually, this matches that 305 power clean I did the other night. I guess it's time to crack-a-lackin' in power cleans.
Bench lock-outs - again in the power rack (can you tell I didn't have a spotter tonight?) Roughly 3-4 inches ROM.

These were tough tonight, although granted I've never done them after a primary bench exercise, always as THE primary on a given day. The most I've hit was 700, I'll have to work up to that again. Hmm.
