Had a little more in the tank....weird because I'd only eaten 1600 cals that day.

Decided to go down to 315 and go fully ATG, PAUSE at the bottom for 2 seconds, and come up as fast as possible. I thought maybe 3-4 reps?

At 9 reps I stopped, frustrated, beacuse I wasn't even working hard. It just wasn't doing anything for me. Where did that come from? So:

ATG Squats
315*9 pausing each rep.

Finished lightly with some 225 jumping front squats for a few sets of explosive 5's.

Legs are DONE today.

would you mind posting some vids? I definitely would love to see your technique for bench, box squats, etc....I have ways to go to improve both...

definitely maintain your sleep and eating/supp schedules...those things end up consuming 90+% of your time...

I love reading your suggestions. I think you have a great deal of experience to contribute. If you have time you can make some posts going over the little things most of us dont pay attention to in various lifts. I dont know just throwing it out there.

250 posts is nothing....you can get them in a day if you really gave a shit in the OT or War Room....

By the way Asc,

You don't get an increased post count in the Training Log section - spend some time out in the S&P, you should be 250 in no time.
