DB Hamstring curl. This exercise has gotten my hamstrings AND glutes larger and stronger.

Thanks again for posting that. I was wondering how you held the dumbbell with your feet. I'm going to add those into my workout tomorrow night.

That 405x15 video is pretty nuts.

But it looked like the 405x15 weren'T even parallel.
Could be the angle of the camera though....
