It needs rims, CK.
I actually ditched the Expedition's V8 in exchange for a 4-banger Honda Accord. As the gas prices go up, I feel better and better about that decision.

Thanks J! It's all over now but the waiting; I've done all the prep I can do.
Mark bailed on the NJ comp like EARLY May, once he heard about how shitty the equipment was. He signed up for Grant's on the 5th I think. I should've done the same, but I was holding out thinking about shooting for that pro card. *angry*

Well, I agree. But rims can wait. As we speak it's getting power windows and locks/keyless entry, a clear coat spray, and a rhino liner bed spray (over the rail style). Also, to help the look, I'm going to throw some fender flares on there, black to match the other accents.
I made sure to get a V-6, non 4x4 for the gas mileage (and the fact that I'd never go off road with something so beautiful).
So far I'm averaging 19 mpg...not bad eh? The only bad part is it's a 25 gal tank, so it costs about a bill to fill up. *checks pocket book*

Well, fortunately for you, one of the guys who was going to compete in LW destroyed his thumb while lifting this week and had to drop out.
There is a pre-stitches picture, but I might get in trouble for posting gore.

Yeah, I don't really think I was worried about him in the first place.

Grant might've said that the contest was full if he hadn't dropped out. I wasn't implying that he might've beat you (he was going to compete at 175).

Gotcha. I thought you were trying to rib me a little. I think Grant will take all the $100 late-entry fees he can.

Because I'm in the process of destroying everyone in the race to 1500.
But really, I want a god-damned Master of Sports powerlifting total (1527@198 or 1604@220 unequipped) and strongman would get in the way.

That's fine, and I'm sure you'll get there (but not without a better bench), but how does that preclude you from doing a one-time strongman competition?
