Thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it! I will try the tips out next time.
One thing my training partner and I were thinking of was we could use a mini band to tie our shoes together at the toes and then slip the dumbbell in at the heels. We decided not to try it this time, but I might try it next time and see if it helps hold the DB in place.

I had absolutely NO time:
Smith bench
Bar*15
105*7
195*7
285*7
375*3
500*1
The 500 was so easy today. When I got finished with the rep, my training partner said, "That slowed down a little bit."
My client showed up then, or I would've gone for 525.

Sunday 5/25/08
Axle c&p
120*5
170*3
210*3
220*9 in 58 seconds
220*11 in 58 seconds
Farmers
123*50 ft w/1 turn
173*50 ft w/1 turn
235*220 ft w/1 turn in 34 seconds.
That was supposed to be 100 ft each way but my wo partner put the cone 10 feet further on accident, so I didn't get a real idea of what my time would be for 200 ft. On avg. though, I'm about 10/second, so knock two seconds off and I would've been at 32 seconds. Not bad.
Deadlifts
We put on the suit first, and just left the straps down while we warmed up.
135*5
225*5
315*5
*added straps*
365*6 --> huge breakthrough: I was able to get down to the bar this time The weight, seriously, felt like the 45 pound bar.
405*4 --> same thing, I was able to get down to it again. It felt like 135. Maybe.
495*3 --> Super hard to get down there this time, but managed to. The weight simply flew up. The only problem I had was that to get low enough to get to the bar, I had to keep my shoulders slightly forward under the straps, but that also prevented a full lock-out. It still needs some tweaking, but it's getting there...

Thanks guys, I think on game day, with the weight being 10 pounds lighter, I'll try to go for 13-14 on the c&j.
