Better as in more detail of your hand wounds? Or better as in something aesthetically pleasing?

Awesome workout Ascendent. I would have thrown up 10 times before finishing that.

Fen, I think my conditioning from bjj is REALLY helping my cardio during those long runs. It's like fatty said in that article he wrote; you can think you're in shape, but unless you're in shape CARRYING things it'll kick your ass.

Blondie - Do you know who Mark Wechter is? He's my training partner...he pulls 700+ with no suit @ 231, and he finished with 5 reps at 570 pounds on those RDL's...You can see where my motivation comes from!

What's your next competition?

Lie prone on a flat bench, flex your knee to 90 degrees and have a partner place a DB between your feet, so that the numbers on the DB point at the ceiling and ground. Lower your feet towards the ground and pull back up.

Probably one of THE best hamstring exercises I've ever done. I can tell a difference in my squatting, deadlifting, and tire flip/stone power.

I'm stealing that Ascendant. I need more hamstring work.

If not let me know and I'll video one.
