Insane and awesome workout today..I'm very stoked!

Sunday 5/18/08

Tire flip

780*3 deadlifts
780*2
780*5
780*14!!! What?! Yup! That's, um, a 7 rep PR. And it was in 1:42!!! Another huge PR, but I guess I'm not sure how to compare. Also, I wasn't COMPLETELY dead afterwards. My conditioning is improving along with my strength. I give bjj partial credit for that.

780*5 in 20 seconds Also a huge PR - SO fast, I worked on speed during the transition. No waiting or thinking.

Axle C&P - Never used an axle before, so I just worked on the clean mostly. The press isn't really a problem.

80*5
150*5
200*5
220*5
220*5

Felt ok, left wrist was a little tweaky from catching a bar that big around that I wasn't used to. Still pretty pleased. None were continental cleaned.

RDL's - Used 25's again, to get all the way to the floor with some REALLY good depth.

95*5
195*5
295*5
395*5

(light belt)

495*5 - HUGE PR again!! Almost all the way to the floor, solid and great low back position. Hamstrings and low back were fried.

DB hamstring curls
75*8
90*8
105*7+1 help

Done

Hahahahah! You mean just today, or was that just a funny rhetorical question?

Yeah right, I probably get my ass kicked! This is from the pavement - grabbing the tire and digging the hands under real far to get a good grip.

*Scraaaaape* Over and over... I'm dreading cleaning them.

CM - I'll text you a better one if you ask nice.

You know hunto I never really feel it happening, just afterwards. Adrenaline, huh? Yum.
