Some some quickly typed thoughts, stream-of-conscience style:
Bending the arms during the first pull (while bringing it to the knees) will make it feel harder and could psych you out.
Maybe feet a little wider before the jerk.
By far the biggest thing I can see, though, is that when you're seated with the log, you do a great job of positioning it on your thigh. What looks like is happening is that because you're so far forward (torso bent over), when you pull the log into you to clean it up it's hitting you right around the navel. That's a little low for what I'd like to see.
If you can stand up a little bit more, put your stomach UNDER the log a little (so the log hits you btn navel and sternum), it should rest on the shelf of your stomach and make it much easier to clean using HIP POP instead of swing.
And it isn't that swinging it is a bad way to do it, but at some point you'll run out of swing strength. If it were very good to use at heavier weights, I think oly lifters would be doing it more.
It might be a case of it feels hard while you're doing it but in reality is pretty fast.
All in all though, it looks pretty great. I think you're THINKING too much while you're doing it, but that's natural I guess.
