Where do you workout Standard?

Donut, I love that avatar man. A 440 fucking log press? With minimal leg drive?? *jizz*

Thanks ciscokid, it's going well lately.

Here's what I'm excited about: I've only pulled 855 from an above the knee start, which is the easiest part for me. And it was fucking HARD and nearly killed me. I *think* I'm there now, but from about 1.5 inches lower, with a definite below the knee start!

Hahaha, yeah. He actually did 451 recently which is the new record, not sure what lift that pic in my avatar is though. I saw an interview where they asked him he doesn't use more leg drive or jerk motion on his overhead pressing, and he just said "Because I don't have to."

Would it be fair to say he could lift even more if he used more leg drive?

A sad excuse for a "gym", i have nothing to work with but shitty squat racks and some terrible bars and plates there. I need to build a home gym but that has been a long work in progress as i've been saving money for a new truck and maybe buying a house. Untill i get a home gym set up with a good bar i'll have to continue with what i have and hope that the next time i have anything north of 600 on the bar won't be my last ( i think it's gonna snap)

I haven't worked out all week. Not once. I may do chest tonight.

My massage therapist TORE UP my it-band and quads, so almost anything with legs was out this week.
