I love this guy - that's exactly what they're for, event wise.

Yoke

Several runs up to 675. Still playing with form a little bit. The 675 was very hard the first few times; this is obviously not my best event, and unfortunately the competition starts with it. Oh well, better to get it out of the way.

Stones (Well, 'Stone' really)

340 stone, no tacky, 3-4 loads to 52 inch platform. Just a refresher.

RDL's - 25 lb plates to get deeper

150*7
250*7
300*10
300*12
250*5 pulses (At the bottom, "pulse" three times and come up fast on the fourth rep)

Shrugs

250*10
450*10
450*20

Ab wheels

3*15

Ab crunch/hip flexor machine

2*20@50 lbs

Aww fuck, you guys are the best - the comps not until next Saturday, though! And don't worry, I'll absolutely get video this time; I know you all want proof that my ass has gotten bigger.

The only two things I'm worried in the least about are:

A 700 pound side handled DL for MAX REPS. Fuck.

The 675 yoke. I'm almost positive I'll do well here, I just don't want to give away too many points.

I thought for sure you'd remember, since we had to use it extensively to zoom in on your, ah, "little" problem.

Missed 1st by .5 point in the SHW class (250-300 lbs)

Weighed in 232 fully clothed with shoes.

Write up and videos tomorrow.

My profound gratitude to my friend Chase for filming, supporting, and being an amazing handler.
