I'm just coming back from a neck injury (Cervical Sprain), so I'm very out of shape after not training but once over the holidays. I'm two days back into training.
My school offers classes at night Monday thru Thursday, then no-gi on Fridays and open mat on Saturdays.
My schedule will usually get 3 workouts in a week. Monday nights I have a lab class, and Tuesday nights I'm required to attend screenings for a film class I'm in. I'm going to attend Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday classes.

Gi
Technique: practice pressure from side control, two seperate ways of getting mount from side control.
Rolling: gassed pretty much instantly. Not training will do that.

No-gi/MMA
Technique: Worked on 1,2, 1,1,2, 1,2,Lhook,Rhook,Luppercut,Ruppercut. Did boxing with takedowns - only one person has gloves, other person shoots double. Caught a kid with a sweet uppercut, did alright when I was trying to take down - did take someone down by clinching and doing an inside trip.
Rolling (Nogi): First guy I pretty much tooled. Beat him via gogoplata, brabo, RNC, ALMOST got an arm triangle. I was just basically trying stuff at that point. Second guy was pretty back and forth. He got me with an omoplata in nogi - I completely forget the escape I used to use. I got him with 2 armbars from guard (my favorite move).
