Hey,

We have the same stats for bodyweight and length so Ill keep my eye on this log. Only you're a bit stronger than me

It's nice to see some hardcore lifts, I think its more rare to see real lifts in the Netherlands than it is in the US.
Do you do any other grip training besides the bending?

Yeah I train with grippers, do pinching and have one of those hubs they sell at ironmind. I still need to get some block weights and some thick handled stuff. Where in the Netherlands are you from?

I'm from Nieuwegein (near Utrecht).

I'm quite fond of grip training myself, but it’s kind of a hassle to get the stuff from Ironmind. I've got most of the grippers and a rolling thunder handle. For the rest a sledge from the DIY store and a makeshift pvc wristroller will do for now.

It can be a bit of a hassle, but its worth it if you ask me. The real problem is getting stuff like a thickbar or a prowler, since shipping costs will be insane with stuff that's a bit heavier.

SQUAT:
10x60kg
5x4x110kg

Then, because the only other guy in my gym who does real squats was waiting for the rack I did some leg presses as a finisher.

LEG PRESS:

15x85kg
10x125kg
8x165kg

BENCH:

8x60kg
6x80kg
3x5x85kg

DIPS:

4x5xBW

I kind of liked leg presses as a finisher for squats.

This week I'll be in the studio recording an album with my band, so I won't be able to do a whole lot of weight training. When I had about an hour today I decided to do some training at home.

DEADLIFT:
1x3x108kg
3x1x168kg
1x193kg (6kg PR)

DB ROWS:

3x8x40kg per arm

SHRUGS:

3x12x80kg

Short workout. Working out at home kind of sucks, since I still don't have any rubber mats or something. I think I pulled something in my back trying to put the 193kg down gently.
