Haha, thanks.

Yeah that was actually right around the middle of my 5x5 bulking phase. I'm sure I'm at least still at that level, I'll see if I can get some footage of a higher DL and maybe some other lifts this week.

For a 17 year old who isn't training solely for strength that is a great DL.

I don't quite get why some of these guys think they need to give you a hard time in your own log.... w/e...

take a look around, read the forums, read some logs of people who are stronger than you, and I do suggest you tone it down on the supps, expecially at your age.

Dunno if you're being serious, but thanks. I'll at least pretend you are. (Although if you weren't I suppose you would have used a picture of Kimbo or Brock Lesnar)

Oh well, I'd take an intro like this over the kind of reception I got at my very own bodybuilding.com haha. Yeah I def won't be supplementing this hard once I get off my V-diet, but until then I need to make sure I'm at maximum performance levels since I have no carbs other that my PWO shake.

And back to being an actual log, I think this 28 days won't go by so slow after all. The shakes taste really good, and because they're casein (as opposed to the faster digesting whey), I stay full longer. I won't know for sure until I'm sitting in on a drive-thru run with my friends, but we'll see.

I believe it's not exactly 28 days straight, if memory serves me correct? On Sundays you're supposed to eat one healthy meal, right?

Good luck with that, and nice deadlift.

You said you went to go see never back down...why man it is a negative on the sport. Also why do you care if you look super ripped? trying to look good and competeing in MMA are two COMPLETELY different things...

If you happen to look good from mma training well good then but seems like you need to choose one or the other..and if you choose to be a RIPPED BADASS WHO SAYS HES A FIGHTER...well congratulations you could have been in NEVER BACK DOWN. lol

If your serious about training focus on training and those goals and eat as healthy as possible (no junk food, no grease) lots of greens and chicken and maybe protein shakes with fruit here and there and your on the right track.
