Look I don't even know why the fuck this is all going on in my log. OH MY FUCKING GOD I WEIGH LESS THAN YOU THINK I SHOULD... TIME TO FIRE UP THOSE KEYBOARDS YOU e-SPARTANS!

Jesus, I want to fight MW, if I gain weight and "fill out" in college there's a chance I'll move to LHW. Honestly, my lifts are still going up and my weight is staying the same. Hmm, is that so bad? And how are you going to act like you didn't directly assault "pussies like me who think that's what today's women want" and try to play it off like that's not what you meant. Realistically, my games so fuckin deep I could pull bitches at 5"4' 245 30% BF WITH acne. I just like looking good for myself. Ohhh no, a shallow teenager! What are we gonna do!?

Anyways, thanks Vince for understanding that not everyone wants to be Gabriel Gonzaga.

Lifting

Today's session was extremely short, because I got there in the middle of the period. Didn't even have time to warm up.

Full, wondrous ATG Squats
5x135
5x225
5x275
(Belt)
5x275

Wanted to keep progressing but I felt a sharp pain in my left glute. Holy shit that did not feel good. I haven't really ever focused on squatting as deep as possible, so maybe that coupled with no stretching beforehand fucked me up. Oh well it felt great (till that anyways).

Bench Press
185x4
195x3

Couldn't really think if I wanted to do 3x3 or 5x5 and ended up just getting dominated by the bench today. Oh well strengths still going up. And I made that last 195 rep my bitch (mad grunting).

GOT A JOB! Or at least a "gig" for the weekend. If I can work 20 hours or so I'll have enough for a month, and I'll be getting a legit job before then for sure (have a legit interview today). So yeah, I'll be joining UF ASAP.

Chaseg, insult me all you want my wilks score shits on yours. Matter of fact the lifts everyone, on this forum anyways, give a damn about dominate yours and I weigh less. And I can only assume I'm taller than you. So blow me.

I dont understand why you guys are arguing.

I also dont understand the argument that one must walk the walk before evaluating how good someone is ....I can still say that X barely known nba player is shit compared to Jordan...eventhough I cant play worth shit....or X NFL player should be shot for being so bad...in comparison to Y superstar player...again I dont play football...so pointing out flaws in a fighter and not being a fighter does not necessarily detract anything from the given statement....

Nice lifting bro. Do what you got to do...looking good, staying healthy, having great conditioning/flexibility/etc are all good goals to have aside from strength.
