That said, I would rather squat than do any other lift (except maybe Dls), and I'd rather lift than play any sport. BUT, when all I have available is a leg press machine, you'd better believe I will be pressing major ass on that on leg days.
Also, I might start playing soccer recreationally (dunno if that's a word). I'm pretty uncoordinated and have mediocre cardio, and when my friend said that both joining the team and rides to practice/games were free... Well shiiiiit. Of course when I get the means/a car to join UF, I'll be on that in a second.
PS BF seems to keep going down despite limited cardio. My diet's been pretty clean but damn, this is def the best I've ever looked in my life (chillin around 9% or so I'd think). Sorry to gay my log up with BB nonsense, but this is happening on accident, and it's pretty fuckin cool.
