Drink lots of water. Diet > cardio when it comes to dropping BF. Do whatever routine you want, a proper diet will help you drop BF on its own.
The way you put FAST in caps makes me think you want amazingly noticeable results quickly. A lot of people have had great success on all kinds of keto (low/no carb) diets. They force your body to ****bolize fat as an energy source instead of carbs while high amounts of protein prevent your body from going catabolic (degenerating muscle).
Easily, the most hardcore keto diet is the one I just started today (the one bringing all this hate at me). That would be the velocity diet. Protein shakes/fish/flax oil for 28 days. I posted all the information I think people would need in my first post.
Seriously though, this is gonna be a rough 4 weeks. So think about it before dedicating yourself to it, or any diet/workout routine really.
