We had a gym at secondary school. One of the teachers was a qualified instructor, so we could lift at lunch time and sometimes after school. Also used it when the weather was very bad, when rugby had to be cancelled.

My school used to let us do that, but I was a wimp back then and didn't do it.
Although I did do some lifting on my own (with free weights ), but I was told I needed someone else in there 'incase something happened'- pfft, and seeing as I was anti social and not really talkative with the guys who lifted together, I didn't bother until I went to uni

I remember our high school had two squat racks. At that time all I did was bench and leg press on the universal though.

You should drop the wrist curls in favor of these:

Yeah, it's a PE elective. You always get an A though, so only 3 out of the like 35 kids lift (well and some asian kids do curls). It's really inconvenient to have to wade in and out of mobs of people, but oh well.

You can always go the more expensive, less work route:

Is no one going to critique his deadlift form? Has he gotten to you? Has he made you question your own knowledge? Is nobody man enough to call him out?
Nobody?
Well I'm not gonna do it.

Not a good angle to critique. Most of the key form details are more visible from the side.
