I feel like an idiot for giving you the benefit of the doubt after what I felt was an unfair initial hazing. After 11 pages of this bullshit I honestly think youre seriously fucked up. You have all these ridiculous delusions and views and you get very defensive whenever anyone says anything even slightly critical. Fact of the matter is, all youve posted is some f@g starvation diet that youd expect to find in some womens magazine to get 'cut' for the summer when youre already a skinny motherfucker. (how much more cut can one get..)

You think you'll get a blue belt after 4 months? Have you even started training? People work ridiculously hard at BJJ and get their blue belt after 1-2 years. 4 months is nothing in grappling. If you go in with the attitude that youre already beyond the beginner level (which is what white belt is, essentially) youre going to find that people are going to fuck you up to put you in your place and your learning experience is going to suck. The quickest way to learn is to befriend the experts, and they dont like cocky beginners.

Also, to be honest dude. You have a fucked up Dad/Family, whatever it is. So do most people. I dont want to go into detail but lets just say that if I could, I would have physically thrown my dad out on the street years ago. I know someone who got kicked out of home when they were like 13 and basically slummed it/sold drugs until they were old enough to get a 'legit' job. Now that guy, as fucked up as he is - will somehow be going to University next year. Thats not even the worst example I could have given but the one with the best transformation.

Theres kids in certain countries that are basically born into slavery. Theres people that have to hunt for their food and walk miles for a drink of water which is usually some disgusting infested sewage shit rather than the water we get so readily and easily in the Western world. Anyone living in the Western world, lives a ridiculously comfortable life so dont ever make out youre some kind of victim.

When do you lift weights? When do you actually train? Youve had a log for 3-4 days now and all youve logged is that youre hungry. I dont see how you got a 300lb deadlift by starving yourself, but I do have my suspicions that it isnt actually you in that video.

I don't even remember saying I had it "rough". Just that I reserve the right to call my dad a ***got. Seriously, if anything I'm thankful I came out like I did. You learn some shit about how to get by when you have to get by, and I'm glad I did so.

Further, it's not a starvation diet. It's actually just the most hardcore keto diet you can do in terms of fat loss and muscle preservation. I researched this thoroughly, and with some help from my home forum (bodybuilding.com), I decided that this would be best for me to get shredded for summer.

Also, to delve into that a little, yeah I came from bodybuilding.com. Sorry if my goals seem superficial or whatever, but that's what bodybuilders do. While I never wanted to be a bodybuilder, it was expected that you were either lifting to look good or just for power. The people lifting for power were a minority. Obviously, this tainted me from an MMA/training standpoint.

This is the first time I've ever done a strictly monitored diet. I had an upper body day, it's in here somewhere. My leg day would have been yesterday but I missed school. So, it's gonna be tomorrow. Haven't hit legs in almost 3 weeks now, so I'm sure my numbers will be slightly down, but I'll get by.

On a normal week, I lift monday tuesday and thursday. I'm starting MMA training next week, when I get my license. And I'm pretty sure my PR is 365, although I definitely won't be at that level tomorrow.

I either didn't set my alarm, or turned it off while still basically asleep. So, I woke up at 8. This meant that the earliest I could get to school would be 1030, which is after my 2 most important classes (english and weight training), so I just said F it and went back to bed.
