Yeah DB's are brutal to use for farmers walk for that very reason, Klotz and i did a contest with railroad tracks for FW handles, they did all they could to cut your legs up and spin when you turned (but thats normal for FW handles)

And sorry if my typing came off as facetious (sp?) in my log Tamil. I really meant that I'd like to get some ideas on how to graph progress, suggestions ,etc.,

Charts, as Requested

To answer curious minds--or rather reiterate what I mentioned last night--I did do graphs. As expected, there was a drop in weight right in areas when I've either slacked and haven't done the lift in a while (a la DB PPress, wtf?? Don't wait a month in between like I do, lol), focused on correct movement (the odd dips in each of the big three), or focused on conditioning/skills and laid off the weights (the end of just about every chart).

Personally, I found this helpful because I can also see where I haven't progressed as much as I thought, so my focus will switch over to work on the flaws. I also realize I'm not as bad with other lifts such as the bench and BORs as I thought--but I still want to get heavier, faster. Patience, in this case.

But I'm right on about my Squats, I'm just bad at them, haha.

More than likely I'll keep track on my Mac, I'm a pretty visual person anyways.

And...screw my coach, I'm going back to the 5x5, the most progress I've seen was when I was doing this, especially my deadlifts and bench. I really want that 250+ deadlift badly. I'll just fit in the extra work elsewhere...

Limit on how many images you can post at a time apparently, so I'll do two posts:

And even though these suck, I'll include the dumbbell lifts. Lesson learned, do not do a lift once a month and expect to get anywhere, lol! The ones that I've been consistent in, even the Squats (ahem), far outshine these.

So I'm definitely gonna take MagicMan's suggestions and see where that'll take me.

That all being said...I won't rely heavily on this to determine progress. The DB Snatch line looks great, but the reality is that I still haven't progressed in weights. I cannot hide that fact, from myself or others. Meanwhile, the Deadlift line looks slower than others, but it's my heaviest lift, and it's not too shabby for someone at 133lbs (as of this morning). 1.75xBW. I'll be more satisfied once I'm 2xBW.

Honestly very nice work Tamil. To pick a few, I think your Deadlifts and Bench data are exceptional.

I'd also be interested in a graph of something like total lbs lifted for each workout over time, with a trend line; just curious what this comes out to look like for your workout. With mine, it is increasing, but since exercises are randomly chosen, its interpretation is confusing to me, since one time it might select say a Shoulder cross, which I can do like 100lbs per lift, and exercuses where I can't life as much, instead of a Leg press which I can do 460lbs and other exercises where I can lift a lot more weight, but maybe some rudimentary indicator nonetheless, not sure.

I like this.

Thank You.

Weights

Bench:
65x8
85x8
95x3, 95x0
95x1, 95x0
85x5

Both times the 95x0's were Rolls of Shame. I got up quicker before guys could turn around and offer assistance. I think they were genuinely concerned though, they just as quickly minded their own business when I stood up with the bar. That at least felt good.

Squats:
95x5
115x5
135x5
155x4 (Rep PR)

Finally, finally got 155lbs...again, lol. I'll still scale back on some days to work ATG; this was all parallel.

BORs:
95x5 (+10 PR)
115x5 (+30 PR)
125x0

Hm. At least I got big improvement somewhere, after all.
