Thanks. Probably could've gotten the 45's for the ppress if I was fresher. I was able to clean them, at least, but I couldn't get the full extension on the presses.

Last night I only had about a minute to spare before they kicked me out (again, lol!), so I did double dumbbell swings at 15lbs until closing, roughly one minute. Which is good timing, 'cause I was really fatigued by then.

I'm going to be severely castrated if you pass me up on push press...
Those maxes sound about right. I can't remember the DB bench right now. I was pretty ripped on RPM if you recall.
Speaking of that, budget in a lifting belt, as the belts they have at the rec are more or less useless.

Lol...I remember the rec not having anything higher than 95lbs...and the rotting belts in the corner. I thought I wouldn't be needing one til I'm much higher and doing deadlifts, but I'll start looking around right now.

I realized I've been slurring my dates together, so I edited them. Thus, Tuesday's workout:

-------
11.27.07: GPP #1, Core Training #1

5 circuits nonstop of:

burpees x 30s
jumping jacks x 30s
high knee dumbbells [I don't remember the name] x 30s
shadow boxing x 30s

Pretty much left the GPP alone and cranked out as much as I could. Focused on quality for the burpees. I was getting rather tired halfway through, and then noticed that my wall clock, which I was using for time, was malfunctioning. It would tick for a bit and then stop and go backwards, and then continued on like nothing happened. Conspiracy!

I did this portion at home, then rushed to the gym (cutting it close again).

GPP:

3 sets with 30s rest between each exercise, 30s between each circuit.

wheel roll (on knees)
v-ups: 20lbs
russian twist: 7lbs
back extensions: 25 x 1, 15 x 2

The wheel roll is pretty nifty. I was able to control it without hitting the wall, so next time I'll try on my feet and see how it goes. I was able to do one 25lbs set on the back extensions but decided to lower it since my legs started to accommodate. Plus I was able to crank the last two sets out faster.

Finisher [moved from last workout]: Dumbbell Swings

It was supposed to be:

3 x 15 singles, per arm, no rest

Pressed for time, I changed it to:

doubles, no rest, til I either drop them or get kicked out, at 15 lbs. About one minute, roughly. Once again lost count.

I wonder how far I can go with that, so I may try that modified finisher again soon.

11.28.07: Rest Day

Rotator Cuff Exercises, at 6lbs x 10:
--Side-lying abduction
--External Rotator
--Later Raise w/Internal Rotation

Swimming, 20min

Lots of stretching throughout the day. I was really to do some chin-ups but decided to wait til another day for my arms.

Nedz moar wayt.

Just wondering, what are your goals? I find writing them down helps. If you don't know yet, that's find, but consider it food for thought.

Nice log.

Nice log, I'll be checking up on this often.

I would say something sexual, but Fin would probably cause me serious bodily harm.
